The Gurus Doppoler Rotary Effect pedal literally pulls a classic rotary effect out of the seventies to plant the sound made famous by records like Dark Side of the Moon directly on your board. This is no straightforward rotary pedal but a duplication of the extensive systems that powered the rotary boxes of old - just shrunk down and squeezed inside one tight little stompbox, Plug in, dial in your preferred rotary sound via the simple Speed and Level pots and gain direct access to the sound of icons like Dave Gilmore himself.

The Gurus Doppoler: The Same Mechanics Without the Mechanical Faff

The physical workings of the original effect have been meticulously reproduced here but, since this model has no mechanical, rotating parts, the operation is more stable and up-to-date. Via the two jack outputs, the two different sounds from the front and end of the internal system can be sent out separately to create even more atmosphere and depth, so when you add on the organic warmth of the single 12AX7 valve set into the control panel, and the transparent, high-quality sound, you get a super-solid throwback offering.
